Lauren Palmaccio, LMHC
Lauren Palmaccio is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She has worked for over a decade to provide cognitive behavioral and strength-based therapy to adults, adolescents and children.
Patients can receive a wide variety of counseling services at Palmaccio Therapy, including individual counseling, family and couples therapy, as well as workshops, according to their needs and preferences.
As a licensed Psychotherapist, Lauren Palmaccio specializes in the emotional and behavioral challenges of children and adolescents, couples and marriage counseling, as well as anxiety, depression, and trauma or PTSD counseling.
A Compassionate Approach
Lauren Palmaccio embraces an approach to clinical counseling and therapy that helps her to identify her clients’ therapeutic needs with compassion. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is used to work together with patients to uncover any unhealthy or negative thought patterns that might contribute to self-destructive behaviors and belief systems.
Play Therapy is a structured, theoretically-based approach to therapy, that builds on the normal communicative and learning processes of children.
Couples therapy and workshops are offered to help patients who are in a relationship, contemplating marriage, or are currently married. It can also be helpful with patients who are dealing with difficult issues surrounding a separation, break-up or divorce.

Lauren Palmaccio, LMHC is a member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association. She is also a member of the International Association of Trauma Professionals and is a recipient of National Honors in Psychology.
She currently holds certifications as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a Certified Integrative Psychiatric Provider (CIPP). She maintains licensure in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and teaches at Roger Williams University.
Prior to practicing in the Private Sector, Lauren Palmaccio served as the Clinical Director of a Massachusetts treatment facility, and as the Clinical Team Lead of a Behavioral Health Contract in Rhode Island. Palmaccio Therapy has two locations, one in North Attleboro, Massachusetts and another in Barrington, Rhode Island.
Kristen Reber, LMHC
Kristen Reber is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Rhode Island. She is dedicated to continued education and constant growth as a clinician to best suit her clients needs.
Kristen prides herself in a collaborative approach with her clients, developing an individualized treatment plan based on each of her clients specific needs, talents and therapeutic goals. Her main goal in counseling is to develop a genuine therapeutic relationship with her clients leading to a safe environment where each of her clients can reach their desired goals. Kristen specializes in working with families, adults, young adults teens and pre-teens.
Kristen has worked in the field of counseling for just under 10 years. During that time she has gained experience working in a variety of settings including a group home, a college counseling center and an intensive in home family therapy program.
Kristen has worked with clients to build self-esteem, empower them to make positive changes, develop positive coping skills, deepen self-awareness, rebuild family relationships, develop open communication and reach their desired goals through collaborative therapy.
Kristen takes a strength-based approach with her clients, providing specialized care using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy and Family Systems Therapy depending on the clients needs.

Katey Blaisdell, LMHC
Katey Blaisdell completed her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology in 2012. She began her post-Masters clinical work as an in-home child and family therapist, and completed her post-Masters work as an outpatient clinician in 2014. Katey is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She works with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. She has worked in a variety of settings, including residential and partial hospitalization programs, public schools, and private practice.
Areas of specialty include treating trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment-related disorders, attentional difficulties, and improving self esteem.
Katey works closely with each client to assess the strengths and needs of each individual. Treatment modalities she incorporates into her sessions with clients include cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, art therapy, play therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
Katey’s goal is to provide a safe, comfortable environment for individuals and families, while working together to help clients identify and make progress toward short-term and long-term goals to improve awareness of and perception of self and relationships, and to help clients in their pursuits of attaining the quality of life they are seeking.
Taylor Koretsky, MA
Taylor is a Masters Level Clinician providing cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults. She prides herself on the development of the therapeutic relationship, assisting all clients and their families with feeling comfortable, supported, and safe throughout treatment. Taylor dedicates time to compose individualized treatment plans based on the client’s needs and strengths to collaboratively work towards accomplishing goals. Areas of specialties include treating emotional and behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, attention difficulties, trauma, adjustment disorders, improving self esteem, and school related issues. Therapeutic interventions Taylor incorporates into sessions include cognitive behavioral techniques, art therapy, play therapy, Aggression Replacement Training, mindfulness, motivational interviewing techniques, healthy communication skills, and building positive coping mechanisms.

Taylor is a Masters Level Clinician pursuing licensure in Rhode Island for Mental Health Counseling (LMHC). She completed her Masters Degree in Forensic Mental Health Counseling from Roger Williams University in 2020. Taylor’s training includes clinical work within the Rhode Island Family Court System, Brown University Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior (Clinical Implementation on Research Studies), the Boston Public School System, and Outpatient Therapy.
Paige M. Rahn, LCSW
Paige Rahn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Rhode Island. She has previously worked in the home based field, working particularly with Children, Teenagers, and Young Adults focusing on a strengths based approach. Paige enhances her clinical skills through continuing education courses to remain current with best practice treatment with a particular focus on ethics and cultural competency.
Paige’s goal is to create a safe, inclusive environment for clients of varying backgrounds and will assist with identifying and recognizing individual strengths and talents as well as using effective coping strategies to tackle areas of growth and self-discovery. Paige offers an open-minded viewpoint in many areas including mindfulness, meditation, and exploring alternative treatment solutions.
Paige has experience working with children, teenagers and young adults on the Autism Spectrum, living with anxiety and depression, LGBTQQIA+ populations, and populations affected by complex medical needs. Cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, play therapy, mindfulness, and working through difficult conversations are some of Paige’s specialties. Paige will always strive to listen first, recognizing that the therapeutic journey requires adequate space for processing.

Paige completed her Master of Social Work at Rhode Island College in 2009, and came to work in the field later in life after spending the last several years as a stay at home mother to two special needs children. Paige gained her LCSW in 2023 and continues to strive for her eventual goal of an LICSW. Paige believes that learning never ends and continues to engage in learning opportunities to stay current in an ever-changing world.
